Sagar Thapa says they are innocent

The previous Captain of Nepali Football Team, Sagar Thapa, accused of match settling has again asserted that they are honest. In a short story on YouTube, he has asserted that they are guiltless and were caught. The AFC had restricted five previous Nepali internationals including then skipper Sagar, Sandeep Rai and Ritesh Thapa and two previous national squad individuals Anjan KC and Bikash Singh Chhetri on December 4 a year ago. 


The AFC's Disciplinary Committee found the five charged, including Nepal's captain Sagar Thapa, blameworthy of the offense, as indicated by an announcement issued by the football overseeing body. 


Official Anjan KC and the four players, Bikash Singh Chhetri, Sandip Rai, Ritesh Thapa and Sagar Thapa, were discovered blameworthy of damaging article 62 and 69 of the AFC Disciplinary Code in connection to different well disposed global A group apparatuses, the AFC had charged them. 


They have been as of now discharged on safeguard by the court. Previous national group safeguard Anjan KC and goalkeeper Ritesh Thapa were requested to store Rs 500,000 each as safeguard sum, while Rs 150,000 was set for captain Sagar Thapa.
